In addition to hearing aid work, Dr. Anderson has extensive experience in hospital settings. Debbie ClarkDebbie joined our family in 2007. Debbie and Margaret Moss have known eachother for over 30 years! When we were looking to expand our family, Margaret suggested Debbie. She first started as one of our front office staff, but has since moved into an insurance billing and accounts receivable role. Debbie is married to Mark, and has two adult children. She is lucky enough to live within walking distance of our office!
Margaret "Marge" MizziMargaret is known as "Marge" in our office so as to not confuse her with Margaret Moss, who helps with the front office. Marge supports our patients through a patient recall program and acts as a patient advocate once the patient has been seen. She helps Dr. Ward and Dr. Anderson ensure that the patients’ hearing needs were met to their satisfaction. By communicating with our patients soon after their visit, we will provide the initiative to address any immediate concerns without delay.
A longtime resident of the Clawson area, she enjoys riding her bike and this summer participated in a week-long, 270 mile bike ride across lower Michigan. She has also participated with Team-In-Training, a program of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, in a half-marathon walk to raise money to fight blood cancers.
Beth GoodgallBeth joined our front office staff a few months ago. So now you may see Margaret, Beth, and occasionally Debbie when you come to the office. Debbie is primarily focusing on insurance billing and accounts receivable, but will still fill in up front at times.
Beth is another ray of sunshine to our work environment…we are so lucky to have such great people at our office! She is a long time Royal Oak resident, and has two beautiful boys. Jake is 5 years old and Kyle is 3. She has been married for 11 years to Jason. Beth’s family enjoys the outdoors, camping and biking. In a previous life, she actually worked with our recall specialist, Marge Mizzi. That is how we got so blessed to have Beth join us - Marge recommended her to us. She has instituted a recycling program here at the office, and we encourage you to collect your old hearing aid batteries and bring them with you to your next appointment. Unfortunately hearing aid batteries cannot be recycled, but Beth can have them properly disposed of. So please give a hearty welcome to Beth when you see her at your next visit!
Dr. Brian KibbyDr. Kibby joined our staff in March 2010. More information coming soon!
